The design of an icon may be adjusted in terms of colour, size and shape to meet individual needs and aesthetics of a Customer’s website.
The Internet users who would like to express their opinions on a website may easily identify the link and use it to call the research survey.
Publishing of a survey and a link is very easy and is done by pasting a script calling the survey provided by opiniac.com into the source code of a website.
Available publishing options for a survey display link:
- An active icon moving vertically through a website on the left-hand or right-hand side
- An animated icon in a fixed place of a website
- A static link in a header or a footer of a website

A user’s satisfaction research survey
The Internet users’ opinions are gathered by completing a research survey. The survey is displayed in a separate window when a user voluntarily clicks on a link / an icon activating a survey while browsing a website.
When a survey is displayed, a user remains in the same place of a website without leaving the browsed content.
A survey consists of two modules:
- Recommended module – quantity indicator questions
- Optional module – optional questions resulting from a research project
The recommended module includes common questions for all websites using the platform. They concern the assessment of quality elements in Forrester Research methodology for a visited website such as:
- Intelligibility of content
- Aesthetic aspects
- Usability
- Satisfaction level
A user can also make his/her own comments on the website.
The second module is defined during the research project for a Customer of opiniac.com platform. On his/her own or with a support of opiniac.com experts, a Customer may compose types and content of questions along with the scope of answers, e.g.:

- Quality of a purchase process and making an order
- Expected changes on a website
- Obstructions occurring with registration
- Recommendations on website development

Survey summary and recommendations for a Customer
An administration panel of a Customer serves for research managing and provides on the fly preview of research course and collected data.
A Customer of opiniac.com platform receives a login and a password thanks to which he/she can log into a personalised administration panel of opiniac.com platform.
Through an administration panel a Customer can:
- Use predefined question types and contents, segmented according to purpose
- Manage surveys, grouping, publishing and archiving
- Design a survey adjusted to his/her needs (graphic layout, additional questions)
- Set types and parameters of surveys
- Receive a program for pasting into a source code of a website
- Familiarise himself/herself with automatically generated reports based on collected data
- Receive technical support
- Check out financial settlements and the period in which a survey was active on a website
For the convenience of our Customers holding a license, it is possible to:
- Export data for statistical tools – in CVS format
- Present collected data in surveys via Google Analytics panel.
