The ROPO 2015 Survey Report 2015-06-17
There has been completed the stage of data collection in the ROPO panel organized by opiniac.com team, under the auspices of the e-commerce Poland Chamber of Digital Economy. Official partner to create the group of respondents for the survey was Onet.pl which provided a reference sample for surveying outside the of e-commerce segment. The customers were asked about purchasing experience both online and offline, with particular emphasis on the impact of mobile devices on the ROPO effect.
Special thanks to the Partners who represent different segments of e-commerce market and joined the panel: Decathlon, DOZ.pl, Leroy Merlin, Play, Rainbow Tours and Rossmann. To thank those Partners, we provided them individual reports, with evaluation of their segments against the results for the market.
