LOT Airlines is our new client 2015-10-27

In recent days we have intensively worked on implementing our platform in Polish Airlines LOT. The works were completed on October 26, and from that day on, all users using its website can leave their opinions by clicking a button in the lower right corner, or they may find a event-activated survey.

The surveys conducted on the lot.com website concern such matters as:

  • User satisfaction from booking process and willingness to recommend it to friends or colleagues
  • Reasons of leaving the site without booking
  • Evaluation of flight search process
  • Overall opinion on the website
